How much does the venue cost to hire? 

The fee we charge is dependent on the length of time you require and the details of your event or project. Get in touch with us to find out more. 

How many guests can the venue hold?

160 seated with a dancefloor. 

What items do you have available to rent?

Despite being a dry hire venue, we do have a number of items for rent onsite: 

• ​4x8x4" Stage 

• Whisky Barrel Poseur Tables (x10 available)

• 5ft Round Tables (x15 available)

• Standard trestle tables (x5 available)

Can we create a small intimate setting at the venue?

Yes! The conservatory space is perfect for a smaller set up and still gives you access to the outside area and facilities. 

Are there any time restrictions?

All music and amplified sound must be stopped at 23:00 and no later. 

All guests must depart by midnight. 

Is there an event manager available onsite?

If you do not have a preferred event manager, this service can be provided at an additional fee. 
 

Is it possible to have exclusive hire?

Absolutely, if you hire The Studio it is for your use only during that period. All we ask is that access is allowed for farm vehicles. 

Please note that the Bothy is not included in this hire fee.
